The app
Sheep Chores is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your download from the App Store and the optional in-app purchase, “The Whole Flock”: a one-time, non-consumable purchase sold by Apple and shared through Family Sharing where you have it turned on. Brian Moore is the licensor. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
What it is for
Sheep Chores helps families organise chores, routines, rewards and pocket money. It keeps a record of money a family agrees a child has earned; it does not hold, move or pay money, and nothing in the app is financial advice. Parents decide what chores pay, what rewards cost and whether to pay out.
Children
The app is for families and is used by children under a parent's or guardian's supervision. The parent area is protected by a PIN. Parents are responsible for the content they enter — chore names, reward names, notes and photos — and for who in the household can reach each device.
Your data
Your data belongs to you and stays in your devices and your iCloud account, as described in the privacy policy. iCloud is Apple's service and is subject to Apple's terms and availability. Keep your devices backed up; the app offers CSV export and uses iCloud as its sync and backup.
Updates and changes
We may change the app over time, add or remove features, and change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
No warranty
The app and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that iCloud sync will always succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Brian Moore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the price you paid for the in-app purchase, if any.
